Lidell Art Refund and Return Policy
Lidell Studios is absolutely committed to ensuring that patrons receive their Lidells expediently, securely and in perfect condition upon delivery. We strive to meet and surpass our own high expectations of quality control.
Patrons can expect to receive a replacement or full refund for any Lidell delivered damaged, or in any other way unacceptable anytime within 5 days of giving notice to Lidell after accepting delivery. Lidell Studios requires only that the patron return the unacceptable product, at Lidell’s expense, even if the product is destroyed.
We will seriously consider all reasonable requests and demands for a full refund after the 5-day window on a case-by-case basis. Returning the Lidell as described above is always mandatory for any replacement or refund or exchange at any time.
Because of limited quantities Lidell Studios may not be able to guarantee or accommodate some exchanges. Frequent requests for refunds and/or exchanges and limitations on quantities could result in giving the patron credit towards a new purchase. We will not tolerate the misuse or abuse of our generous return policy, but we will handle any existing request for a refund or exchange to the patron’s complete satisfaction.
Our ultimate mission is to prevent and resolve any dissatisfaction to a level of total satisfaction to keep our patrons happy and enthusiastic about all Lidell art.
